Current Members:
Sarah Cobb brings over a decade of experience working with Senator Tom Udall and is dedicated to enhancing her community through collaboration and service. She is passionate about creating a positive impact by fostering relationships and connections that drive meaningful change.
David Bram was born and raised in New York but has lived in New Mexico for the last 26 years. He has a background in business development and software design. David was a partner of an art book publishing company and has been a photographer for over 20 years.
Robert Gouy is a Los Ranchos resident and retired healthcare entrepreneur with a longstanding commitment to philanthropy and community service. He currently serves on the board of the Las Campanas Community Foundation in Santa Fe and believes deeply in supporting organizations that create lasting, positive change in the communities they serve.
Mary Homan has served the Village of Los Ranchos for 23 years, as a Trustee/Mayor Pro-Tem and on the Planning and Zoning Commission, as well as many boards and commissions, including the original Los Ranchos MainStreet Board, the Middle Rio Grande Council of Governments Board, the New Mexico Municipal League Board, and more than a dozen other boards, including foundation boards, past and present. She has lived in Los Ranchos for over 28 years with her husband (nearly 50 years in Village), and they own a local business, CC Mouldings.
Elizabeth Stock was born and raised in the Albuquerque north valley, taught school in the area and raised her family here. Elizabeth is involved with several non-profit organizations with the vision to contribute and grow in this community. Elizabeth is a UNM graduate who now works as a wholesale mortgage broker.
Laura Bexfield and her husband David moved to Los Ranchos in 2015 and have valued the Village's strong sense of community and rural feel. Laura retired in 2026 from her 32-year Federal career as a hydrologist studying groundwater and water-quality issues.
Past Members:
Gwenn Baldwin was a founding member of the Los Ranchos Foundation Board and served as its President from formation through December 2025. She is currently a Trustee for the Village of Los Ranchos and has served on a variety of board and commissions.
Nance Haines is a founding member and past Co‑Secretary of the Los Ranchos Foundation, drawing on extensive financial leadership including CFO roles in both public and private sectors. In addition to serving on many non-profit boards, her nearly 20 years as Treasurer for the Village of Los Ranchos reflect a deep commitment to responsible governance and community service. A resident for over 33 years, she remains dedicated to supporting the community she proudly calls home.
