The 2026 Board of Directors includes Mary Homan (acting President), Bob Gouy (Treasurer), Sarah Cobb (Secretary), Laura Bexfield, David Bram, and Elizabeth Stock.

Vision: The Los Ranchos de Albuquerque Foundation envisions welcoming public spaces throughout the Village where families gather, neighbors connect, and community thrives. 

Mission: Investing in the infrastructure and facilities of the Village for the benefit and welfare of its residents.

We fund one-time capital investments that enhance public spaces, including buildings and open spaces/parks in the Village that are used by the community but could be more user-friendly, comfortable, safe, and available for everyone.

Anyone! As a charitable 501(c)3 organization, the Foundation can accept individual, corporate, and family foundation tax-deductible donations.

The Foundation is an independent nonprofit foundation dedicated to supporting the public spaces that make our Village a great place to live.

Projects listed on the Village’s Infrastructure Capital Improvement Plan are the basis for initial project consideration, but we listen to residents to understand which improvements matter most, and work to fund the projects that enhance Village public spaces and buildings— from upgraded parks and playgrounds to more attractive community meeting spaces. Project funding is decided by the Foundation board of directors.
